2. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website and to orders placed through the online store. By using the website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

3. Offer and contract

Product information and prices are shown as accurately as possible. A contract is formed when we confirm or ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious error, unavailability or suspected fraud or misuse; any amounts already received will then be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. There are no hidden fees: any shipping costs, the currency and the available payment methods are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment details.

5. Delivery

6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day right of return from receipt, for items with or without a defect, with free return shipping. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer law.

7. Conformity and warranty

Products must conform to the contract. If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us; statutory warranty rights are not limited.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Texts, images, logos and other website content may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without permission.

10. Disputes and applicable law

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. These terms and the contracts with INEXIFY LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which the consumer habitually resides remain unaffected.
