Refund policy

At WellStep, your satisfaction comes first. That is why every order comes with a 30-day right of return and free return shipping. This policy complies with the applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union.

30-day right of return

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason, whether or not the item is defective.

This voluntary 30-day right of return goes beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and does not limit your statutory rights in any way.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (INEXIFY LLC, 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166, United States, email: support@wellstephop.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Conditions for returns

A return under the 30-day right of return is accepted when:

  • the item is unused, unworn and unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it;
  • the item is preferably returned in its original packaging;
  • proof of purchase is provided (for example, the order number or order confirmation).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Items excluded from returns

To the extent permitted by law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • gift cards;
  • personalised or custom-made products;
  • sealed hygiene products that were unsealed after delivery.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us at support@wellstephop.com and include your order number.
  2. Within 24–48 hours (on business days) we will email you a free, prepaid return label to print, together with return instructions.
  3. Pack the goods, attach the label and drop off the parcel at the indicated drop-off point within 14 days.
  4. Once we have received and checked the goods, you will receive a confirmation by email and we will issue your refund.

Please do not send anything to the company address without return instructions; it is not a returns address.

Return costs – free returns

Returns are free of charge. We email you a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier), using the original payment method.

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will also refund the original delivery costs, except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are always possible within the 30-day return period, for items with or without a defect, and they are free as well. Simply contact us at support@wellstephop.com and we will take care of the rest.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, at support@wellstephop.com and include photos or videos of the problem.

In that case you will receive a free replacement or a full refund. Your statutory warranty rights (two years from delivery) remain unaffected.
